Coffee tastings

Every cup of coffee is special. I often plan my days around getting coffee. Every day of every trip will likely have a stop for coffee somewhere along the way.

I would basically like to try as many coffees as possible. It is tough to know which ones are good, or which one of many you like, when you only get to try one. This is sensible for my jitteriness as well as my wallet.

In some special circumstances, coffee tastings exist where a roaster will show off and let you taste many of their coffees, but they are rare.

1. Dak Showroom, Amsterdam. I felt like a changed man after doing the tasting here. I became a Dak stan. The host was so knowledgeable, I learned so much about coffee, preparation, beans, and tasting. The experience was incredible all around.
2. Singular Coffee Roasters, Santiago. Going to this one this week. Will report back.
